Projection box

A fantastic piece of  equipment designed to project Fulldome films using Spherical Mirror Projection

For purchase at a very competitive price

Using a specially coated spherical mirror and a standard flat mirror, fulldome movies and your own content can be easily projected inside either a fixed or a mobile planetarium dome using this system.
The position of both mirrors is fully adjustable allowing for all possible configurations and light paths from the projector to the spherical mirror.  The light path is folded to make the equipment more compact which is especially important in a mobile dome.

Replacement Spherical Mirrors

There will come a time when no matter how careful you have been, your first surface mirror will become scratched or degraded.  That's just the nature of the item.  Until now, replacements have been very expensive and available from very limited sources but I have found a U.K. supplier of excellent quality 600mm wide x 300mm high half-hemisphere first surface mirrors with a protective polymer coating.
The dimensions and mounting holes are the same as many other FS mirrors available so no modifications are needed.
I use one in my own mobile 6m dome and it does the job extremely well.
You can purchase one or more of these mirrors by going to the Prices tab and following the instructions.
